Our TEAM is hard at work on Troup Elementary School, in LaGrange, for Carroll Daniel Construction, https://www.carrolldaniel.com/ . The school will have an EPDM roof system when we are finished.
We were just awarded the contract on Augusta Transit Operations and Maintenance Facility from Reeves Young,http://www.reevesyoung.com/. We are looking forward to completing this project in early spring.
We are currently looking to hire Commercial Roofing laborers with valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Some of the job requirements are listed below:
- Hard Working, Self Motivated, Reliable and the ability to be on time
- Ability to lift 75 – 100 lbs
- Able to work on heights and in all weather conditions
- Value safe work practices
- Work well with others on your team
- Work Monday thru Friday with occasional weekends required
- Occasional travel required
- Some personal tools required along with clothing. Example: boots, tape measure, chalk line, utility knives, etc.
- General labor/construction experience helpful
- Valid drivers license
- Must be 18 years of age

We are currently looking for commercial roofing laborers. Position requires construction background experience. The hours required on this current project is 12 mid-night to 1:00 pm the next day (third shift). Most projects work hours are normal day shift work. Saturday and Sunday are required during summer months. Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment. Having a valid driver’s license is a plus not a requirement.

Watertight Roofing Services LLC., just went through the process of renewing it’s general contractor license in the state of Alabama. We are looking forward to branching out and completing work in the state. Today, we have a crew starting the roofing on the ADP Entry Control Facility in Alpharetta for Holder Construction, http://www.holderconstruction.com/. The roofing portion of this project should be completed toward the end of the month.
Swofford Construction awarded us with the contract on Griffin Region College and Career Academy. We are looking forward to working with Swofford on this project. Follow GRCCA @Griffin_RCCA on Twitter for updates on progress of the project.
Last week our crews were busy getting production done.
One of our crews started Clark Atlanta McPheeters Dennis Hall- Phase 5 for Holder Construction Company. Several roof curbs were set by other contractors and our team flashed them in. We will be back on site to complete the additional curb work middle of July.
Another one of our crews worked on White County High School, http://www.white.k12.ga.us/, for Charles Black Construction last week. The roofing at White County High School is complete other than sheet metal. We will be back on site within a few weeks to complete the project in time for the opening of the 2016-2017 school year.
We are extremely proud of many projects that we have completed and are currently working on.
Wiregrass Technical College was completed earlier this year ,for GSFIC, by our crew. Juneau Construction, http://www.juneaucc.com/ , made the project and production run smoothly.We look forward working with Juneau’s team again in the future.

Our crew is in full force at Roswell North Elementary School tearing off and replacing the roof system. We are very proud of the progress and determination of our TEAM to complete the job on schedule before school starts in early August.
