Our Team

Carter has learned a great deal over the 6 years he’s been in the roofing industry. He started his career as a Laborer and moved his way up to Preconstruction Specialist and Assistant Project Manager. His experience in the Commercial Service and Sheet Metal Departments have allowed Carter to bring a variety of skills to the Watertight team. Carter’s previous experience in customer service and sales help him understand customers’ needs and offer creative solutions as needed. “Watertight is a place where I can grow and where I have people who invest in my career.” Carter has many hobbies, including fishing, carpentry, riding motorcycles, and “anything automotive.”
